At Trinity, we have more than 10 school districts.
Yes, more than 10. While the majority of our families reside in the
Forest Hills School District (which has 3 separate high schools…),
we enjoy a great, unique balance of our Greater Grand Rapids
community. This can be very positive—our youth can make friends from
all over Grand Rapids! There is a lot of diversity! But, it can also
be negative—“I don’t know anyone there!” can be a familiar phrase in
our family homes.
We have responded by having two separate Youth
Groups for Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers. Our Middle School
Group is geared to all 6-8th graders. MSYG meets every
Sunday Night from 7-8 PM. We do a wide variety of
events, and fellowship activities. This is definitely a fellowship
time, where our youth get to know one another in a fun and safe way.
Our High School Youth Group is geared for 9-12th graders. HSYG meets
on Wednesday nights We also do a wide
variety of events, on-site and off-site.
At Trinity, we strongly encourage all youth to
participate in youth groups on Sunday nights and become involved
with the many other young people at TLC. The more that you are here,
the more you will WANT to be here. So come! Check
