If you would like to take part in Trinity ministries, please follow
the directions below in completing a Time & Talent Questionnaire,
indicating areas of interest to you.
Directions
- Please print this questionnaire, complete it (be sure to sign
your name, address and phone number) and mail or deliver your
completed form to Trinity Lutheran Church, 2700 E. Fulton, Grand
Rapids, MI 49506, to the attention of Karen Niemeyer, PIM for
Tapestry.
- Service areas are listed by spiritual gifts. If you are unsure
of your gifts, read over all the service areas and check ones that
you think you'd enjoy participating in. (If you'd like to begin
discovering your gifts, request a Spiritual Gift Inventory from
Karen Niemeyer at Trinity Lutheran Church at
karen.niemeyer@tlcgr.org.
- If you know your spiritual gifts, first check service areas
under the gifts you have. Then if desired, you may also check
areas that sound good to you that are listed under other gifts.
- Some selections are intentionally repeated to match the
spiritual gift categories, but you only need to check the item
once.
- Feel free to indicate multiple areas of interest. Doing so
does not mean you'll be asked to serve in all the areas
simultaneously. Rather, it indicates interest areas you'd like to
choose from when serving in the future.
